Опис курсу
Given that human capital serves both as an economic resource, generating value through intelligence, knowledge and skills, and as a key social asset, this course provides a framework for the strategic, medium-term, and short-term development and fostering of human capital. The course focuses on strengthening social and intellectual infrastructure through the efforts of government institutions and civil society at the local, regional, and national levels.
