Опис курсу
Strategic Analysis and Project Decision Making is a compulsory course within the master’s programme «Economics and Organizational Advocacy». The course is delivered in the second semester and carries 5 ECTS credits. The course combines theoretical foundations of strategic analysis with applied project-based decision-making and focuses on real-world socio-economic systems and economic entities.
