– food products: safety, quality, falsification, organization of tastings;

– approbation in production conditions of new recipes, technological instructions for the production of products with improved properties;

Biography

EDUCATION

Since 1994, Marianna Pavlyshyn studied at the Lviv Institute of Trade and Economics, majoring in Food Commodity Research. In 2001, she was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. The topic of her scientific dissertation was the improvement of consumer properties and preservation of cookies.

Then she continued her education at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Lviv Commercial Academy, majoring in “Accounting and Auditing” (2002-2004).

For her conscientious work she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of Goods and Services (2006) and the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (2009).

WORK

From 1998 to 2008  worked at the Lviv Commercial Academy. First as an assistant, and later as an associate professor of the department of expert goods and services.

During the following years she worked in senior positions at the Lviv Institute of Economics and Tourism. She was the Dean of the Faculty of Management, Commodity Science and Business (2010-2012)

She  works at the Lviv National University at the Faculty of Economics, after the reorganization of the Lviv Institute of Economics and Tourism in 2021. 2021-2023, she was the Head of the Department of  Department of Management and Expertise.  Since 2023, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Management.
