Marianna Kichurchak, professor of the Department of Economy of Ukraine, visited the University of Minho (Portugal) as part of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program

From March 4th to 8th, 2024, Professor Marianna Kichurchak, from the Department of Economy of Ukraine at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, participated in the Erasmus+ Key Action 1: Learning Mobility at University of Minho, Portugal. Professor Marianna Kichurchak’s engagement in the mobility programme proved to be productive, fruitful, and informative. These included meetings with the leadership and academics of the School of Economics and Management, where perspective avenues for developing cooperation were discussed, approaches to course delivery were explored, and communication with students of University of Minho was facilitated.

Professor Marianna Kichurchak was honoured to deliver lectures to bachelor students under the tutelage of Professor Christina Matos. Her lectures focused on strategies for the development of Ukraine’s foreign economic relations. Specifically, the strategic framework for enhancing Ukraine’s foreign economic relations was addressed. Additionally, the lectures covered the institutional features of fostering foreign economic relations in Ukraine and the paths of international economic integration. Special attention was given to expanding cooperation initiatives with international organisations to assist Ukraine’s economic growth and post-war economic recovery.
