The Leonhard Euler Programme “German-Ukrainian Dialogue in Economics” is an essential component of the bilateral educational and research cooperation between the Institute for East European Studies at Freie Universität Berlin and the Faculty of Economics of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. On November 6, 2025, the 8th International Quest-Competition on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) “Hunting the Assets – Online Detective” took place. Participants from Ukraine and Slovakia demonstrated their skills in working with open-source information.
It is encouraging that alongside students and cadets of Ukrainian universities, school pupils, members of the Junior Academy of Sciences, postgraduate students, and practitioners also show strong interest in intelligence analytics.
